FLT Bendi Driver

We have a new opportunity with a client based in Huddersfield for an experienced FLT driver, to join a busy warehouse where you will be loading/unloading deliveries and organizing stock throughout the warehouse.

 

Job Responsibilities

• Driving and operating of Aisle-master FLT.
• Following all health and safety procedures and not exceeding speeds throughout the environments.
• Organizing deliveries efficiently.
• Wrapping and picking orders and then putting them in order of how they will be loaded.
• Identifying hazards in the workplace and avoiding any accidents.
• Inspecting forklifts and carrying out any maintenance required.

 

Job Requirements

• Valid bendi forklift license.
• Ideally have valid driving license.
• Own PPE: Safety Boots / High Vis.
• Excellent time keeping and reliability.

 

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to become an integral part of a growing team based within Huddersfield. Working hours would be 8am – 5pm Mon – Friday and overtime is available at the pay rate of time and a half for anything worked over 40 hours.

For the right person this opportunity will turn into a permanent role after the 12 week probation period.
