Searching for a new job is never an enviable task and having dealt with recruitment agents in the past it can be somewhat overwhelming trying to find the right role and more importantly the right company.

My consultant approached me shortly after posting my CV online, I found her to be positive and enthusiastic without being overbearing. I would like to say that working with XCL has been a breath of fresh air, I have worked with a considerable amount of recruitment agencies during 27 years of factory management and none have showed the same commitment as XCL.

The interview process that XCL do with prospective employees would seem to be a lot better than other agencies as the turnaround of staff is in comparison much less. XCL also go the extra mile to fulfil the required roles and seem to work tirelessly to find the right people for those roles.

I have been extremely impressed with the ideas that Rebecca and Chloe have in finding people to fill roles where others have failed, especially with them both attending site regularly to register and interview prospective employees. which then enables us to interview a lot quicker.
