Night Shift Operator

XCL Group are working alongside a growing company who are looking for people to join them at a large manufacturing site in West Yorkshire. This opportunity offers the potential of long term employment, where they’re looking for hard working and reliable individuals, to become a key part of their manufacturing departments. 

Responsibilities

• Operation of different types of machinery
• To understand their operating procedures
• To ensure fabrics are processed to specifications and plan
• Moving stock around to different areas of the factory
• Ensure walkways and access points are clear from any storage
• Follow procedures for different fabric qualities
• Ensure equipment is moved to inspection

 

Preferred Skills/ Experience

• Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment
• Must have good hand eye coordination
• Have good organizational skills
• Tenter or Milling experience is preferred but is not essential

 

Hours

• 48 hours per week
• Night shift
• 6pm -6am
