XCL are currently working closely with a client who are very well established in their field, with over 20 years experience & reputation behind them. They work alongside a variety of industry sectors, supplying office screens and accessories and are looking for a Miller to join their team, at their site in Birstall.
The successful candidate would be an integral part of the team, working within a busy manufacturing environment and the majority of the role would involve CNC Programming, setting & operating a 3 + 1 Axis Milling Machine.
Other duties would include, (but not limited to):
· Make sure daily orders are completed
· Operating a CNC Milling Machine
· Maintaining house keeping standards
· Assist with any maintenance requirements as and when needed
· Adhere to health & safety procedures at all times
Hours:
Basic hours are Monday to Friday, 8am - 4.30pm
Overtime may be available, however this is dependent on the work load

I joined XCL in April 2021, after being in a customer focused environment for the last 5 years as well as studying at Sheffield Hallam University

I enjoy working in such a busy, close knit team where everyone works together really well.
I also like the fact that I speak to such a diverse variety of people on a daily basis and there is always something to do
