I would like to say that working with XCL has been a breath of fresh air, I have worked with a considerable amount of recruitment agencies during 27 years of factory management and none have showed the same commitment as XCL.
The interview process that XCL do with prospective employees would seem to be a lot better than other agencies as the turnaround of staff is in comparison much less. XCL also go the extra mile to fulfil the required roles and seem to work tirelessly to find the right people for those roles.
I have been extremely impressed with the ideas that Rebecca and Chloe have in finding people to fill roles where others have failed, especially with them both attending site regularly to register and interview prospective employees. which then enables us to interview a lot quicker.
We currently have about 5 agencies on the look out for staff and at the moment the first phone call is to XCL as we know they will endeavour to work hard to find the right candidate and most of the time they do.

She organised the interview around my hectic schedule, kept in constant contact regarding the role, delivering feedback whilst generally assessing my suitability for the role for myself and also her client, which I think is important for long term prospects for both parties.
I can't recommend XCL highly enough, although I have no intention to look for a career move in the future I wouldn't hesitate to get back in contact should the need arise.

We first started working with XCL back in December 2021. Initially we needed additional temporary staff and XCL were able to supply a fully vetted labour force that meet our short-term requirements. We then looked to employ several permanent staff within our specialised manufacturing environment, and again, XCL were able to supply candidates that were fully vetted and specifically meet the needs of the business and our working ethos.
Based on the quality of candidates and the professionalism of the team at XCL, we then looked to appoint XCL in the recruitment of new Production Manager, which was a new critical role within the business, and again the vetting and evaluation of the candidates was excellent. It is clear that XCL fully understood our business and the calibre of the people we look to employ.
